The CactusQuant Systematic Fund trades the strategies researched openly on the CactusQuant platform – committing real capital only after each one survives every gate. Nothing in the fund is a black box, and the live track record publishes from day one.
How a strategy earns real capital
Capital is the last step, not the first. Every strategy walks the same four gates, and any gate can send it back down – from research on canonical, cost-modeled simulators, to strictly out-of-sample walk-forward validation, to live-market shadow & paper trading, and only then to real capital inside hard risk limits with a kill switch above everything.

Named strategies and signals
The options Wheel, intraday signals, multi-leg options combos, and reinforcement-learning policies – driven by 3 Green / Red Arrows signals, the Turtle Trade Channel indicators, and Opinion trends. No black box.
An automated execution engine
Signals become live fills with no human in the loop – broker-native adaptive order routing on Interactive Brokers, atomic order handling, and a five-layer exit framework, with a kill switch above every order.
An honest track record
Live results only, marked daily as NAV per unit, adjusted for capital flows, and published from the first live trading day – never restated. No cherry-picked backtests, ever.
A system that improves itself – safely
At the core is a patent-pending recursive self-improvement flywheel (USPTO App. No. 64/098,125). Each iteration’s realized, commission-net outcome becomes the evidence that tunes the next knobs and retrains the next policy – measured on a combined live + shadow cohort. A monotone-safety gate lets the machine make itself safer on its own, while any change that raises risk waits for a human.
