Get paid to put Arizona businesses back in compliance
Every Arizona business that sells anything owes Transaction Privilege Tax – and most of them are filing it by hand, late, or wrong. CactusComply automates the whole return. Refer a business that subscribes and you earn half their subscription every month for their first two months, plus annual volume bonuses up to $5,000. No cost to join, no quota to start.
How you get paid
The structure is deliberately simple, because complicated comp plans are how partners get burned. You register a business in the partner portal, that business subscribes, and you earn half of their monthly subscription, every month, for their first two monthly payments – which works out to one full month of recurring revenue per signup. Every business you have claimed and every commission it has earned is visible in your own dashboard, so you can see where you stand without asking anyone.
One thing to get right: credit comes from registering the business in the portal before it subscribes – not from a tracking link. Claim the business first, then send them the demo link. First to register a business keeps the credit, and businesses that are already paying CactusComply customers cannot be claimed.

Top annual volume bonus, on top of every commission you already earned
The annual bonus ladder
Commissions are per signup. The annual bonus is for volume, and it is paid on top of every commission you already earned that year. You are paid the highest tier you reach – the tiers do not add to each other – and the count is based on customers you brought in who are still active subscribers in that year.
Three ways to partner with us
Referral partners
You know Arizona business owners – through a newsletter, a community, a franchise network, a POS reseller book, or just a good rolodex. Create a free affiliate account on the partner portal, claim the businesses you are working, pick the jurisdictions you want to cover, and earn on each one that subscribes. There is no cost to join and no quota before you get paid.
Accountants, bookkeepers & CPAs
TPT is the return your clients bring you late, incomplete, and in a shoebox. Put them on CactusComply and the transaction data, jurisdiction rates, deductions, and the return itself stop being your monthly fire drill – while the referral still pays you. Your clients keep their own accounts; you keep the relationship.
Events, associations & chambers
We are actively looking for stages. If you run a chamber, a trade association, a franchise conference, a restaurant or grocery group, a POS user meeting, or an accounting CPE track, we will come present – and your members get a partner arrangement rather than a sales pitch. The portal has a workflow built for exactly this: register the event, record how many small-business owners actually attended, upload your lead list as a CSV, and the event page reconciles it for you – leads uploaded, leads claimed, signups, and commission earned, in one place.
What we present at events
Osonwanne Group builds patent-pending applied AI, and CactusComply is the venture where that work meets a problem every Arizona business already has. Talks are built to be useful to the room whether or not anyone ever buys software – a chamber audience gets the tax mechanics, an AI audience gets the architecture. Formats: 20–30 minute keynote, 45–60 minute workshop, panel seat, or a remote webinar for your member list.
“Why your Arizona tax return is wrong”
The mechanics of Transaction Privilege Tax that trip up honest operators: state, county and city layers on one receipt, business codes, location codes, and why food at a grocery store and food at a restaurant are taxed nothing alike. Practical, non-promotional, and the single most requested talk.
“AI that checks its own work”
How we build AI you can put in front of a regulated filing: tenant-isolated retrieval, a self-healing data-integrity pipeline, and a voice agent that audits its own output before anything is submitted. Drawn from our patent-pending work rather than from someone else’s slide deck.
“Building a venture studio in public”
For founder and student audiences: taking applied AI from provisional patent to a shipped product with paying customers, and the unglamorous parts – compliance, distribution, and building a partner channel before you have a sales team.
Frequently asked questions
What does it cost to become a partner?
Nothing. You sign up on the partner portal at sales.cactuscomply.com/partners, and you are given an account and a dashboard. There is no fee, no inventory, and no minimum before commissions are paid.
How much do I earn per customer?
Half of that customer’s monthly subscription, for each of their first two monthly payments – one full month of recurring revenue in total. On the $29/mo Starter plan that is $14.50 a month for two months ($29); on the $79/mo Pro plan it is $39.50 a month for two months ($79). The annual volume bonus – $1,000 at 100 active customers through $5,000 at 500 – is paid on top, at the highest tier you reach.
The commission is a one-time split over two months, not an ongoing residual. If a customer cancels before a commission has been paid out, that unpaid piece is cancelled with it – nothing already paid to you is taken back.
Do I need to know Arizona tax law?
No. Your job is the introduction; the product handles the tax. It helps enormously to be able to describe the pain in one sentence – “you are filing TPT by hand every month and hoping the city rate is right” – and the demo does the rest. You are not giving tax advice, and neither is the software.
Who is a good referral?
Any Arizona business that owes Transaction Privilege Tax – retail, restaurants, grocery and convenience, food trucks and mobile vendors, contractors, and anyone running more than one location or more than one sales channel. The more locations and jurisdictions a business touches, the more obvious the value is on the first call.
What do I actually do with a prospect?
Claim them in the portal first – that is what protects your credit – then send them two links: the product demo at bit.ly/cactuscomplydemo, and the walkthrough page showing how onboarding and the first filing work. If they want a live look, book a call and we will run the demo with you on it.
Which businesses can I claim?
Any Arizona business that is not already a paying CactusComply customer and has not already been claimed by another partner. The portal checks both when you register a business, so you find out immediately rather than after you have done the work.
When do commissions get paid out?
Each commission is created as soon as the customer’s payment lands, then reviewed and released in a payout batch. You can watch every commission move through your dashboard, and there is no minimum balance you have to reach first. Payout timing and method are confirmed with you directly when your first commission is approved.
Start earning on your first referral
Create your partner account, claim one business you already know, and send them the demo link this week. If you would rather talk it through first – or you want us on your stage – get in touch and we will make it easy.

CactusComply is a venture of Osonwanne Group LLC. Commission and bonus figures above describe the partner program as currently offered and are summarized here for convenience; the terms you accept when you create a partner account on sales.cactuscomply.com govern, and rates and tiers are subject to change. Commissions are earned only on businesses you registered in the portal that then subscribe and pay, and only where that business was not already a CactusComply customer or claimed by another partner. Partners are independent and are not employees or agents of Osonwanne Group LLC. CactusComply is tax-compliance software, not a tax, legal, or accounting advisor, and neither we nor our partners provide tax advice.
