A working prototype prepared in response to the Florida Department of Education’s request for information RFI 2027-037. Parents can find, compare and understand public, charter, scholarship private, early learning and postsecondary options in plain language, with privacy protections built in.
Real public data, safely presented
Public school, charter and college figures come from published state and federal data, cited on each page. Early learning and private school records are synthetic and clearly labeled.

What it does
Find and compare schools
Search by school name, city or county. Filter and sort, and compare up to four options side by side on enrollment, results and outcomes, from early learning through college.
Parent navigator
Answer a few questions to see programs a child may qualify for, with a printable checklist. Answers come from an approved set of program summaries, with transparent rules and nothing invented.
Trends and data dictionary
Statewide and sector trends over five years, with plain-language definitions for every measure, source citations on each page, and data downloads.
School data submissions
Schools can submit through a web form, a spreadsheet upload or a REST API (OpenAPI 3.1). Validation checks totals, ranges and year-over-year changes before staff review.
Privacy by design
Small-cell and complementary suppression, rates only with an adequate denominator, role-based access for reviewers and administrators, and a tamper-evident audit log.
Accessible and multilingual
Mobile-first and tested with automated accessibility checks. A language picker covers English, Spanish and Haitian Creole (translations are drafts in the prototype).
