Osonwanne Group
An applied AI company. We build durable, defensible AI products of our own – now patent-pending – and bring that same engineering to other businesses through AI consulting.
Our thesis
Osonwanne Group LLC is an applied-AI company structured as a venture studio and consultancy. We believe the most valuable AI of the next decade will not be a thin wrapper over someone else’s model – it will be real engineering: systems that verify their own work, isolate sensitive data, heal themselves, and improve safely over time. That kind of work is hard to build and harder to copy, which is exactly why it is worth building.
Our approach is simple to state and demanding to execute: build durable, defensible AI; protect the engine with patents and the know-how as trade secrets; and bring that engineering discipline to clients through consulting. We patent the systems that make our products unique, while keeping our curated data, models, and operational know-how confidential. The result is technology we own as enforceable assets – and a consulting practice grounded in things we have actually shipped.
An AI-first focus
Osonwanne Group has refocused around applied artificial intelligence. While the firm’s roots span multiple sectors, our work today centers on building and deploying AI systems – inside our own ventures and alongside the businesses we advise. Everything below reflects that focus.
Two ways we work
Venture studio
We build and own our own AI products from the ground up – taking on the genuinely hard engineering problems and protecting the results as intellectual property. Our ventures are patent-pending and held by Osonwanne Group LLC.
AI consultancy
We bring the same engineering we use in our own products to other companies – helping teams design, build, and ship AI systems that are reliable, secure, and defensible, not just demos.
How we build defensible AI
- Patent the engine. We file on the systems that make a product unique – what they accomplish for customers – so the core innovation becomes an enforceable asset.
- Protect the know-how. Curated data, models, and operational details stay confidential as trade secrets. We patent the machinery; the proprietary know-how stays under the hood.
- Engineer for trust. Systems that verify their own actions, isolate sensitive data, catch genuine errors, and improve safely over time – the difference between a demo and durable infrastructure.
- Transfer the discipline. What we learn building our own products informs how we advise clients – so consulting engagements start from proven practice, not theory.
Our ventures
CactusComply
An AI-native platform for Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) compliance – built so a small-business owner never has to lose sleep over filing. The proprietary AI systems behind the platform are patent-pending.
Patent pending – U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 64/097,375 (filed June 24, 2026), held by Osonwanne Group LLC.
CactusQuant
A self-improving AI trading system whose innovation is its safety architecture – guardrails engineered so the system can improve itself without putting the account at risk. It runs on a paper account and makes no performance or returns claim. Patent-pending.
Patent pending – U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 64/098,125 (filed June 24, 2026), held by Osonwanne Group LLC.

Founder

Bon Osonwanne – Founder
Bon Osonwanne is the founder of Osonwanne Group LLC. He leads the firm’s applied-AI work end to end – architecting and building the AI systems behind its patent-pending ventures, and advising businesses on how to design and ship AI they can trust. His focus is the unglamorous but critical engineering that makes AI dependable: systems that check their own work, protect sensitive data, and improve safely over time.
