Patents Pending
Osonwanne Group LLC is an applied-AI company that builds its own patent-pending products. Two of our ventures now hold filed U.S. provisional patent applications protecting the engineering systems behind them.
We protect our most valuable work through a deliberate mix of patents and trade secrets: patenting the systems that make a product unique, while keeping curated data, models, and operational know-how confidential. The provisionals below cover what those systems accomplish for customers, not the underlying rules, formulas, or data.
CactusComply — AI-native Arizona TPT compliance
CactusComply is an AI-native platform for Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) compliance. Its provisional application covers the proprietary AI systems behind the product — the engineering that makes the platform unique — rather than any underlying tax rules. It reflects our approach of building durable, defensible technology and retaining ownership of the intellectual property it creates.
What the patent-pending systems do
- A self-optimizing voice AI that verifies its own actions and corrects mistakes before they ever reach a customer, improving over time from verified outcomes.
- Tenant-isolated AI retrieval designed to keep each business’s sensitive financial records walled off, so the system does not surface one company’s data to another.
- A self-healing data-integrity pipeline that tells genuine data errors apart from ordinary variation, alerting teams only to what truly matters.

CactusQuant — patent-pending safety architecture for self-improving AI
CactusQuant is our quant and AI-trading venture. It is building an artificial-intelligence system that manages a systematic trading strategy and improves itself over time — retraining its own decision policies, tuning its own settings, and learning from its own results as markets evolve. The genuinely hard problem is not getting an AI to change itself; it is allowing it to change itself with capital at risk while engineering it so a single fault cannot endanger the account. The patent-pending architecture is what makes that possible.
The platform currently operates on a paper account, and CactusQuant makes no performance or returns claim. What is being protected is the safety and self-improvement machinery itself, designed so that no single faulty model, mislabeled result, or runaway tuning step should put the account at risk. The firm’s underlying models, parameters, and datasets are not part of the filing and remain protected as trade secrets.
What the patent-pending systems do
- Self-retraining policies that must earn the keys: a newly generated decision policy directs no capital until it has proven itself out-of-sample against the incumbent across multiple market regimes, with every failure path falling back to a known-safe baseline.
- A self-tuning system under supervision: a higher-order governor monitors the self-tuner for over-reaction, oscillation, or drift, so the system can neither thrash itself nor quietly freeze.
- Honest by construction, with humans in the loop: the system grades itself only on realized results rather than optimistic backtests, routine adjustments apply automatically while anything that moves real risk awaits human approval, and every change is logged and reversible.
