As an applied-AI venture studio, Osonwanne Group designs, builds, and protects its own software companies, then compounds value by retaining the technology each one creates. Below are the two ventures we are building today.
CactusComply — AI-Native Arizona Tax Compliance

CactusComply makes Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) compliance something a small-business owner never has to lose sleep over. It is an AI-native platform that handles the boring-but-critical work of staying compliant across Arizona’s many jurisdictions — built so the technology does the heavy lifting and the owner gets their evenings back.
The provisional application covers the engineering systems behind the product — what those systems accomplish for customers — rather than the tax rules themselves. The proprietary rule base, rate data, and models stay protected as trade secrets. We patented the engine; the know-how stays under the hood.
Verifies its own work
A self-optimizing voice AI reconciles what it says it did against what actually happened in the system — catching and correcting mistakes before they reach a customer, and improving over time by learning only from verified outcomes.
Keeps data walled off
Tenant-isolated AI retrieval is designed to keep each business’s sensitive financial records separate, so the system does not surface one company’s data to another.
Self-heals its data
A self-healing data-integrity pipeline tells genuine data errors apart from ordinary variation across Arizona’s jurisdictions, alerting teams only to what truly matters.

CactusQuant — Safety-Gated AI for Self-Improving Trading

CactusQuant is building an artificial-intelligence system that manages a systematic trading strategy and improves itself over time — retraining its own decision policies, tuning its own settings, and learning from its own results as markets evolve. The genuinely hard problem is not getting an AI to change itself; it is allowing it to change itself safely. The patent-pending innovation is that safety architecture.
The filing covers the systems and the guardrails that govern them — not any proprietary formula. The underlying models, parameters, and datasets are not part of the filing and remain protected as trade secrets.
Policies that earn the keys
A newly generated decision policy directs no capital until it has proven itself out-of-sample against the incumbent across multiple market regimes, with every failure path falling back to a known-safe baseline.
Self-tuning under supervision
A higher-order governor monitors the self-tuner for over-reaction, oscillation, or drift, so the system can neither thrash itself nor quietly freeze.
Honest by construction
The system grades itself only on realized results rather than optimistic backtests. Routine adjustments apply automatically; anything that moves real risk awaits human approval, and every change is logged and reversible.
