From holding company to applied-AI company
For years the public framing of Osonwanne Group leaned on investment management and real estate. That history gave us discipline around capital, risk, and operating businesses for the long term. But the work that excites us now, and the work that compounds, is building durable, defensible AI technology. An AI-native platform for Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) compliance. We patented the systems behind it: a self-optimizing voice AI that verifies its own actions before they reach a customer, tenant-isolated AI retrieval designed to keep each business’s financial records walled off, and a self-healing data pipeline that tells genuine errors apart from normal variation.

CactusQuant
A self-improving AI trading system whose innovation is its safety architecture. It is engineered so that no single faulty model, mislabeled result, or runaway tuning step should put the account at risk. It runs on a paper account and makes no performance or returns claim — the protected work is the safety and self-improvement machinery itself.
